I am very excited to be a part of La fiesta this summer. I am a self-taught artist who moved to Whanganui in 2021. I am blown away by the incredibly talented artists in our area and I am honoured to be asked to present a show for A Gallery during La Fiesta.

 

I create with found/recycled objects in a number of different media. Photography also plays a major role in my work.

 

The pieces I am preparing for La fiesta have a central theme of women- our place in and influence of, this crazy world we live in. This concept will be expanded when I exhibit with Pride Whanganui and other artists during international pride month in June.
